Code of Conduct

Purpose and Scope

The Not a Wedding Crasher (“NAWC,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) Code of Conduct exists to ensure that all weddings and events accessed through the Platform remain respectful, joyful, safe, and dignified experiences for all participants.

This Code of Conduct applies to all users of the NAWC Platform, all platform communications, and all in-person conduct at weddings or events accessed through NAWC.

By using this Platform, which is operated by Caballo Ventures LLC, you acknowledge and agree to comply with this Code of Conduct.

Expectations for All Users

Our Code of Conduct ensures that all weddings listed on the platform remain respectful, joyful, and safe.

Treat everyone with respect, dignity and courtesy
Communicate honestly and in good faith
Follow all safety rules, venue policies, and applicable laws
Honor boundaries, cultural norms, and wedding etiquette
Use the Platform ethically and only for its intended purpose
Respect privacy, confidentiality, and consent at all times

Guest-Specific Expectations

Guests are expected to abide by the following:

Arrive according to host instructions
Respect photography, filming, and social media rules
Remain only in permitted areas
Avoid disruptive behavior, unsafe conduct, or excessive intoxication
Engage respectfully with the couple, attendees, vendors and other guests
Dress appropriately as communicated by the host
Leave the event promptly if asked by the host or venue

Host-Specific Expectations

Hosts are expected to abide by the following:

Provide accurate, truthful, and complete event details
Review guest applications fairly and respectfully
Follow Platform communication rules
Communicate expectations clearly
Treat approved guests with courtesy and professionalism
Respect guest privacy and personal information

Prohibited Behavior

Our Code of Conduct does not allow the following behaviors:

Harassment, intimidation, hate speech, or discrimination
Fraudulent listings or applications
Attempting to circumvent the verification or approval process
Sharing private event information without consent
Threatening, violent, unsafe, or illegal behavior
Excessive intoxication or substance misuse
Solicitation or commercial activity at events
Non-consensual photography or recording
Unauthorized attendance
