I heard about this site and thought it’s a pretty cool idea for many reasons. I think what pulls me most is that I’ve been the host whose guests don’t show up as expected, and I know how disappointing it can be. If I can help fill the space with more joy and love, I’d take it as an honor. I also know how often weddings can get overshadowed with things like opinions, bad behavior, and power struggles, and I can assure you that I will bring none of that energy with me! As a bonus, if you need someone to make besties with your problematic sister-in-law and monopolize her time all night to keep her out of your hair, count me in. Need someone to be the first to get out there and start the dancing? Put me in, coach. Need me to blend into the background and just be kind to those I come across? I got you.
