Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are entered into by and between you and Caballo Ventures LLC, a U.S. limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), which operates the website and platform known as Not a Wedding Crasher (“NAWC,” or the "Platform”). You agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

Users must:

• Be at least 21 years old
  Complete identity verification, when requesting a seat
  Provide accurate information

Platform Role

NAWC is a technology marketplace connecting wedding hosts and guests.
We do not organize weddings, guarantee guest behavior, or control event logistics. Payments are processed through Stripe, with hosts receiving automatic payouts prior to the event, less a platform fee to support identity verification, secure payments, and a respectful guest experience..

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining account security.
False or misleading information may result in suspension.

Bookings & Payments

• Guests pay only when approved.
  Payments and payouts are processed through Stripe and paid just prior to the event.
  Hosts define pricing and cancellation policies.
  NAWC may collect service and/or platform fees.

Host Responsibilities

Hosts agree to provide accurate event details and verify all information submitted.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests must follow all wedding rules, venue policies, and the Code of Conduct.

Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

• Harass, intimidate, or harm others
  Attempt to bypass verification
  Create fraudulent or misleading listings
  Attend weddings without approval
  Violate privacy or photography restrictions

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.

Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for:

• Guest or host behavior
  Venue incidents
  Lost items or disruptions during events
  Indirect or consequential damages
  Total liability is limited to fees paid to NAWC

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by relevant U.S. and state laws.
