Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are entered into by and between you and Caballo Ventures LLC, a U.S. limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), which operates the website and platform known as Not a Wedding Crasher (“NAWC,” or the "Platform”). You agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

Users must:

• Be at least 21 years old
  Complete identity verification, when requesting a seat
  Provide accurate information

Platform Role

NAWC is a technology marketplace and is not the organizer, host, or operator of any wedding.
We do not guarantee guest behavior, or control event logistics. Payments are processed through Stripe, with hosts receiving payouts at the time they approve a guest, less a platform fee (currently 20%) to support identity verification, secure payments, and a respectful guest experience.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining account security.
False or misleading information may result in suspension.
NAWC has the right to remove users at anytime.

Bookings & Payments

• Guests pay only when verified and approved.
  Payments and payouts are processed through Stripe. Payments are processed at the time a host approves a guest.
  Hosts define pricing and cancellation policies.
  NAWC may collect service and/or platform fees currently set at 20% of the price per seat. Users agree to this fee which may change.

Host Responsibilities

Hosts agree to provide accurate event details and verify all information submitted.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests must follow all wedding rules, venue policies, and the Code of Conduct.

Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

• Harass, intimidate, or harm others
  Attempt to bypass verification
  Create fraudulent or misleading listings
  Attend weddings without approval
  Violate privacy or photography restrictions

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.

Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for:

• Guest or host behavior, including personal injury
  Venue incidents
  Alcohol-related incidents
  Lost items or disruptions during events
  Indirect or consequential damages
  Total liability is limited to fees paid to NAWC

User Content and License Grant

By submitting, uploading, or otherwise providing any content to NAWC, including but not limited to wedding details, descriptions, images, videos, or other materials (“User Content”), you represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights, permissions, and consents to provide such content.

You hereby grant NAWC and its affiliates a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, modify, and publish your User Content for the purposes of: displaying your wedding listing on the platform, marketing and promoting NAWC and its services, featuring listings in advertisements, social media, and other promotional materials.

This license includes the right to use images and content you provide on the NAWC website and across digital and marketing channels.

You acknowledge that: NAWC is not responsible for verifying ownership of User Content and you are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any submitted content.

You may request removal of your content by contacting support, subject to reasonable processing time.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by relevant U.S. and state laws.
