I’m Solange, a hospitality and operations professional with a degree in Human Relations and Applied Management, and I’ve spent my career immersed in the art of service—crafting specialty coffee, managing high-volume kitchens, and helping independent food businesses build the systems they need to thrive. My background in behavioral health and community volunteerism deepened something I’ve always felt to be true: the most meaningful experiences happen when people feel truly seen, welcomed, and celebrated. That’s why I love weddings. To me, they’re one of the purest windows into a couple’s story—their heritage, their values, the flavors and rituals they hold dear. Every menu choice, every song, every small detail reflects who they are and where they come from. I can’t think of a more joyful way to learn about people’s interests and cultures than by helping bring that vision to life with warmth, care, and intention.
