Bio:
Shavez Rogers is a business professional, community advocate, and entrepreneur with a passion for helping organizations and people grow. She serves as the Director of Sales and Compliance for OnSite IT Solutions, where she works closely with businesses and nonprofits on technology, cybersecurity, and operational support. She is also the owner and executive chef of Your Wish My Dish, creating personalized catering and event experiences that bring people together.
In addition to her professional work, Shavez is dedicated to giving back to the community. She serves as the Events Chair for the Salvation Army Advisory Board and as the Executive Director of the NAWIC Philadelphia Foundation, where she helps lead programs that introduce and mentor young women interested in careers in construction and the skilled trades.
