T.J. is a Music industry professional. He spent 12+ years as artist management for the Grammy Nominated rock band Disturbed. He also spent time in the front office with the Milwaukee Bucks, GM for Rams Head Live & is currently with Cast & Crew (Entertainment payroll). Sagen has appeared on NBC's Chicago Fire as well as Chicago PD.
